15 Rewings flew in from the North at 11:00 this morning and alighted on Dewsbury sewage works. for several minutes.

Nearby on the river calder below Earlsheaton a Male Mandarin Duck is with Mallards on ther River Calder this morning.(see picture gallery)

Also this morning  Water rail showing well (on picture gallery) on Dewsbury Sewage works'

A Green Woodpecker is feeding on the compost heaps below Pildacre Chickenley

There is still 3 Chiff Chaffs on Dewsbury SewageWorks along with 25 Teal.6 Shoveller and 15 Common Snipe

There is 5 Redpolls feeding from feeders on Kerries Reserve Ossett along with 5 Robins,6 Bliue Tits and 3 Great Tits.

1 little Ringed Plover on Dewsbury sewage Works.Also 2 Green Sandpiper and 2 Common Snipe. 3 new broods of Moorhen(making 7 broods this year)No sign of Cuckoos which appear to have moved on. 2 Oyster Catchers on filter beds.
