There was a surprising number of birds in the central area of Thornhill rectory Park this morning.

As well as the usual marrauding numbers of Titmice and Goldfinches I was surprised to find 2 Spotted Flycatchers in seperate locatons but eventualy coming together in the same large tree. Also there was a party of 4 Nutatches above the same central copse chasing each other,.Add to these 4 Bullfinch including 4 males,25 Long Tailed Tits and around 12 Chffi Chaff as well as single male Blackcap and it was well stopping of for an hour.
