A Sedge warbler was singing on Dewsbury Sewage works this morning along with 3 Willow Warblers.A single Goosander female was on the river near the Hotworks mill.stil nosign of common whitethroat in our area.Around 80 Hirrundines on the filter beds at Dewsbury Sewage Works comprising of 62 House Martins and around 18 Swallows.Very few small birds around with most titmice activity on The Thornhill Wetlands area around nest boxes.Bullfinch mane was coming to feeders on Kerries reserve and taped calls of Water rail failed to get any response there.
